DRAGON COVE OF MYTHS, LEGENDS, AND STORIES: Character sketch #2☀️

Meet Kat! Another character within the same imaginary universe that I created. I played around with giving her long hair vs short hair and the idea of her baggy outfit being easily adjusted to hide her identity. Besides humans, there is another group called the Neya which Kat belongs to that have been driven back to the periphery of the magical forest. Kat is torn between wanting to join the freedom fighters aiming to take back her people’s livelihoods or staying back to keep her elderly uncle and younger sister safe and evade potential attacks to their home. Her people have a different form of magic that can connect people’s minds, thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Humans are taught to especially fear them because of their ability to drive mages insane.

Kat’s incredibly inquisitive and wary of strangers and has been taught all her life how to defend herself. Besides her fighting prowess, she’s a great dancer!
