On Saturday, April 8, a packed Hill Auditorium celebrated U-M’s bicentennial at the star-studded “True Blue! A Tribute to Michigan.” In this video, students, faculty, staff and alumni share their pride and excitement in preparing for and participating in the evening honoring 200 years of valiant history.

Darren Criss, Sanjay Gupta and Cecilia Muñoz were among the distinguished alumni who joined U-M students and faculty during the show.

The multi-media performance was anchored by the Michigan Men’s Glee Club, the U-M Department of Musical Theatre, the Michigan Marching Band and a plethora of other musical performances of traditional U-M songs like “The Victors,” “I Remember, My Michigan,” and “The Yellow and Blue.”
