Musical initiative

On Wednesday, February 23, top students from the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance performed  in Washington, D.C. as part of the Millennium Stage Conservatory Project.

The Kennedy Center launched this program as a way of introducing the best young musicians in America to Washington audiences. The Conservatory Project invites undergraduates and graduate students from the nation’s leading conservatories, colleges, and universities—in classical, jazz, musical theatre, opera, and more—to perform each year.
