David Opdyke, This Land, wall mural of vintage postcards modified with gouache and ink, which is part of the exhibition "David Opdyke: Paved with Good Intentions” on view at the U-M Institute for the Humanities Gallery Jan. 25–Feb. 27.

On Wednesday, February 23, top students from the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance performed  in Washington, D.C. as part of the Millennium Stage Conservatory Project.

The Kennedy Center launched this program as a way of introducing the best young musicians in America to Washington audiences. The Conservatory Project invites undergraduates and graduate students from the nation’s leading conservatories, colleges, and universities—in classical, jazz, musical theatre, opera, and more—to perform each year.
