Arts at Michigan compiles the following resources to help U-M students find arts and cultural opportunities at U-M and in the surrounding community. While we do our best to be sure the information provided here is up to date, please check directly with the individual departments and organizations. Art Matters: Arts Advocacy

Art Matters is an Arts at Michigan initiative focused on disseminating important information about state and national funding for arts and culture. We work to connect student leaders in the arts to ongoing statewide and national arts advocacy initiatives. Art Matters provides students with the informational resources they need to advocate for the arts. Arts at Michigan also provides transportation and financial support for students who wish to attend statewide arts advocacy conferences.

Click on the Arts (COTA)

    Arts at Michigan is proud to present Click on the Arts (COTA), an online journal of students' perspectives on the arts here at U-M. This initiative is an Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP) project designed by Arts at Michigan to involve six undergraduate students in researching the arts scene and sharing their discoveries with the U-M community. Learn from U-M students how local arts events can impact your life.

    Arts at Michigan serves students and student organizations with arts interests, connecting them with University and community programs and resources. We also cultivate student arts leaders through sponsorships for state-wide arts conferences and other advocacy and leadership programs.
