What:
Art Matters is an Arts at Michigan initiative focused on disseminating important information about state and national funding for arts and culture. We work to connect student leaders in the arts to ongoing statewide and national arts advocacy initiatives.

How:
Through Arts at Michigan's website, Art Matters provides students with the informational resources they need to advocate for the arts. Arts at Michigan also provides transportation and financial support for students who wish to attend statewide arts advocacy conferences.

Vision:
Art Matters hopes to inspire students with a passion for the arts to increase their commitment through arts advocacy.
