How to book a group:

Are you an RA interested in organizing a group with members of your residence hall?

Culture Bus trips are already booked at a discounted group rate. In some cases, Arts at Michigan provides an additional subsidy specifically for undergraduate students' participation.

Undergraduate rates are available for faculty, GSIs and staff who organize a group of 10 or more undergraduate students!

To reserve seats on the bus for your group, please contact the Culture Bus program at 734.764.5123 or email culture.bus@umich.edu. Seats will be held for your group until 2 weeks prior to the date of the trip.

Group organizers should specify a name for the group when ordering tickets. (Ex. "Psych 121") You can register in 1 of 2 ways:

1. Ask all members of your group to register and pay individually, identifying the assigned group name when registering and boarding the bus.
2. Group organizer collects payment from individual group members and registers and pays for the entire group using either a credit card, shortcode, cash, or check.*

   * Group organizer must provide a list that includes names and email addresses of all the members of the group they are registering and paying for. (For faculty, this can be the class list.)
