A Plowshares Theatre Company-created musical, "Sarah, Ella, & Pops" celebrates the lives of Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn and the legendary Louis Armstrong. Featuring the singing talents of sultry Linda Boston ("Sophisticated Ladies"), sassy Sheila Alyce ("It Ain't Nothin' But the Blues" & "Ain't Misbehavin'"), award-winning actor James Bowen ("Ain't Misbehavin'" & "It Ain't Nothin' But the Blues"), with guest appearances by Detroit's own jazz royalty, Marcus Belgrave, "Sarah, Ella, & Pops" will be an evening of wonderful music performed with elegance and charisma. Talkback with the Director immediately following the performance.
