Welcome to the home of the Accolades - Achievement in the Arts Awards!
The first annual Accolades Award Ceremony was held on April 18, 2014.
Stay tuned for info for 2015!

The student-driven artistic community at the University of Michigan is one of the most vibrant in the nation; there are over one hundred and fifty diverse student arts organizations operating yearly across our campus. These groups produce innovative and engaging art across all fields and their presence enriches the culture of the University. The Accolades Awards were developed by Arts at Michigan in partnership with their Student Arts Organization Roundtable to foster the artistic growth of the student body at the University of Michigan by recognizing the accomplishments of the many extraordinary student arts groups on campus.

In 2014, we solicited nominations from all registered student arts organizations and, after student voting was complete, there was an awards ceremony where the following awards were handed out to winners in the categories listed below:

As electronic nominations are received, a comprehensive online calendar will be updated and will include both nominated and non-nominated student arts organization events occurring throughout campus between February and April 2014. Perhaps more exciting than the spinning crystal cube awards that will be presented at the ceremony is the prospect of a unified student arts event calendar.
